Hi, I’m Faye Frossiart, weaving tales of power and peril in the jagged Ethural Mountains. Pick your path below.

About Faye Frossiart

Faye writes speculative fiction rich in emotional depth, complex politics, and layered characters, where magic is often as dangerous as it is beautiful. Her work lives at the crossroads of fantasy and psychological realism, exploring themes of identity, grief, power, and survival within fantastical and often hostile worlds.

A former service member and current mental health advocate, Faye draws from her experiences with trauma, resilience, and personal transformation. These experiences shape the emotional truth of her characters, many of whom navigate marginalization, moral ambiguity, and the search for belonging. Her background in psychology and education adds an extra layer of introspection and world-logic to her stories.

Writing under a pseudonym, Faye creates space for freedom of expression as she balances her civilian profession with her art. She’s inspired by authors like Patrick Rothfuss, Robin Hobb, and Sarah J. Maas, and is passionate about storytelling that challenges power dynamics while nurturing unexpected connections.

When she’s not writing, Sabrina builds lore-rich character art, plays narrative-heavy games, piddles in her garden like a Hobbit, or annotates her favorite books like sacred texts. You can often find her online connecting with readers who crave immersive fantasy grounded in emotional authenticity.

Her poems have appeared in The War Horse (2017) and Anthology of Young Poets (2008), and her critical work earned distinction in Southern New Hampshire University’s creative-writing program by making the honors and deans list for multiple terms and is a part of The National Society of Leadership and Success. She is currently seeking representation for her debut novel The University of Bellowing Seas for Mages, Sages, and Sea-Fairing Folk as the first installment of the high-fantasy series The Enigmatic Entity in the Euthural Mountains. Faye’s writing explores resilience, grief, and the found families forged in impossible places.
